Lounge Menu Owner and executive chef Angelo Romano has introduced a lounge menu that features classic, favorite Italian dishes, such as stuffed zucchini flowers, veal meatballs, antipasto and eggplant rollatini. Then, there are also the signature dishes that Chef Angelo is known for, including grilled octopus, salmon tartare, fois gras and tuna carpaccio.
Lounge Wines-by-the-Glass As the perfect accompaniment to the new Lounge menu items, Chef Angelo has developed a comprehensive by the glass list of esoteric Italian varietals. The intention is to make the lounge a true gourmand destination, where Italian food and wine can be perfectly paired and enjoyed in lighter portions. A highly trained and knowledgeable bartender and sommelier are on hand to guide customers' decisions on the perfect food and wine pairings.
