New Lounge Menu 2013 Owner and executive chef Angelo Romano has introduced a lounge menu that features classic, favorite Italian dishes, such as stuffed zucchini flowers, veal meatballs, antipasto and eggplant rollatini. Then, there are also the signature dishes that Chef Angelo’s is known for, including grilled octopus, salmon tartare, fois gras and tuna carpaccio.
New Italian Wines-by-the-Glass 2013 As the perfect accompaniment to the new Lounge menu items, Chef Angelo has developed one of the most comprehensive Italian wines-by-the-glass menus to be found in Palm Beach County. The intention is to make the lounge a true gourmand destination, where Italian food and wine can be perfectly paired and enjoyed in lighter portions. The menu features whites and reds from almost every Italian wine region’s top producers, and there are many not available elsewhere by the glass.
