Angelo Romano, Master Chef and owner of Paradiso, offers an intimate wine room to host private parties, where guests have the unique opportunity to dine in the over 600-label wine "cellar," amid Italian, French, Spanish, Australian, Hungarian, Argentinean, Chilean, Uruguayan, and South African vintages, from quartinos to rehoboams, from earthy reds to crisp whites, rounded roses and sinful dessert wines.
